Studio & Social Media Administration
Under general supervision of the Creative Director, you are responsible in assisting in the organization and scheduling of the daily administrative operations of the studio and social media management.

Responsibilities:

Report to Creative Director for weekly check-ins and tasks.

Coordinate with department directors about shoots and projects via Slack and Monday apps.

Plan social media content schedules and analyze data for marketing strategy.

Assist with general administration of studio website.

Manage studio equipment and supplies inventory.

Requirements:

Must be able to work on-site 2 days a week plus some remote work.

Have your own laptop.

Strong interest in social media marketing and/or SEO marketing.

Proven social media experience and presence.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent customer service mindset.
